Id didnt research this so I dont know if its right. But old Nolan Clarke, the Dutchman from Barbados, would be a good guess.

I remember reading about him a lot in the mid 90s

OK, this could be researched quite easily so Ive changes some min requirement

With min 200 WC runs
Name the top 5 players with the highest career WC batting strike rate

Additional bonus question from the little bit of work Ive done now, how many players have played in all the WCs combined?

Interestingly Afridi has only 109 runs from 11 games at an average of 10.9 with a SR of only 87.2
