We've never had that happen before, however with some names becoming so popular i may consider it if asked nicely and the names are appropriate...
I think that this is only appropriate if the players are new or have played just one season. It's too much stuffing around otherwise.

Yeah Rookies are the only ones who would be considered for name changes...

Colts CC are happy to welcome Ellepola Exley to the club. That gives us three Sri Lankans at the club, even if all three are 'generated rookies.' :D Exley likely to be used as our frontline fast bowler in FC and will spearhead our attack with fellow Sri Lankan rookie Murali Madugalle. Im really looking forward to working with these two players and hopefully they can help the club stay competitive in FC.

Mashonaland are very happy with H Amla, who should prove to be a valuable back-up FC batsman in case of injury, or if we choose to play one less bowler.

kears_falcon_9

International Debutant
Karachi are anoyed at themselves for not sorting there data in excel after we shortlisted a number of players. We ended up with A. Christian who was not who we wanted but he will do for a FC Batter.

With not many decent batsman in the draft we will be looking to pikc up a 45+ batsman in the trade period.

P.S B. Maxwell was picked yet i couldnt see him in the round 6 list. And also S Newman was still on the lsit yet he went in round 5.

Victoria are happy with their latest signings.

Matthew Pascoe Right-arm fast-medium OD bowler
Cameron White Victorian Captain
Mark Higgs Powerful Left-hand bat Will be playing mainly in the onedayers.

Victoria have submitted a list of round 7, but I am still not sure why?

Blewy if we picked 13 players to retain in our squad before the draft, we sit out this round as well, yeah?

Lancashire are happy to welcome Bangladeshi wonderkid Farhad Reza to Old Trafford. With the 4 day batting looking weak last year he'll add competition for places, and gives the option of a bits and pieces player in the OD arena.

Fellow draftees Nikhil Patwardhan(Ind) and Sajeewa Weerakoon(SL) look like breaking into the FC side whilst Kuldeep Diwan(Ind) may well make an appearance in OD cricket.

They join established stars H Fernando(SL), Nikhil Doru(Ind), Sufyan Munir(Pak) and Vijay Bahradwaj(Ind) and in a strong asian contingent, further boosted by the prescence of Yudhisthir Mongia, born in Bolton but of Indian descent.

English rookies Zack Harris, Ashton Freeman, Thane Truscott and Merlin Crawford will play an important part, especially young tearaway Freeman who is expected to form a devestating new ball partnership with Mongia.

The batting will be based upon old hands Albert Anderton(Eng), Freddie Yapp(Aus), Stu Stanton(Aus) and Bharadwaj, with Maurice Aronstam(SA) helping out in FC and Munir in OD.

Doru and Patwarhdan will probably split the Wicket keeping duties with the latter taking the gloves in FC and former in OD. Fernando will provide back up for the opening bowlers in FC, whilst adding some lower order steel, in what many believe will be a tooth and nail battle against relegation in both forms of the game.
