Cricketer Of The Year
This was exactly my first thoughts when I heard he was going to bowl in a mask.........Hannibal's coming for your liver Vijay.
Yeah; "couldn't bat" in the most literal sense. Not just "batted like Anderson".I guess people are missing the question. If I've understood it correctly, he's basically asking if Broad should play if he can't bat, meaning we would finish both innings 9 down
I agree; I see this purely as a hypothetical.Cannot fathom how he would be able to bowl with a busted nose but not bat with it. If he's at a level where he can run in effectively without major pain/loss of coordination, he can face up and swat a few. Back away if you have to, he did it all summer in Australia.
He's English and a bit of a ponce - that's the issue.Cannot fathom how he would be able to bowl with a busted nose but not bat with it. What a bunch of ****.He's English and a bit of a ponce - that's the issue.
Eh, probably agree with the rest of your post but this is somewhat idealistic and not really true.If your specialist batsmen can't make enough runs to win the game on their own, you probably don't deserve to win it anyway. Your batsmen bat and your bowlers bowl; any crossover in skills is just a really nice bonus.
Unless I'm mistaken, doesn't he have a track record of pulling up lame after one innings in quite a few tests now? What a bunch of ****.
Also called having injury problems sureUnless I'm mistaken, doesn't he have a track record of pulling up lame after one innings in quite a few tests now?
Yup, because it's not like almost every fast bowler ever has injuries that they bowl through - Ask Dale Steyn about playing through pain - mid test. Also called having injury problems sure
He's played through injury all of this summer btw
You're trying a bit to hard now. The subtle troll posts are better.Yup, because it's not like almost every fast bowler ever has injuries that they bowl through - Ask Dale Steyn about playing through pain - mid test.
Hardly a troll is it, when Broad goes down more than $5.50 hooker...You're trying a bit to hard now. The subtle troll posts are better.
Well you do pay a premium for repeat quality now don't you...Ah the good ol Hamiltron $5.50 lady of the night. Distinctly 'more downs gone' than the $5 variety.
