I will do a series of polls, 1 for each test playing nation (now including Zim and Bangla + a combined associates poll) to see who you believe is the best all rounder of that country. I will then place all of the poll winners in another poll, to determine who the worlds best all-rounder is.

This poll will end in 1 week.
Next Poll: NZ

The Wheel is Forever
Well five of the six on the list are not even regulars in the side, therefore it is Anil Kumble by default. On being the closest to being an 'all rounder', meaning turning a game around with either his bowling or batting, it would probably be Pathan if he sorts his bowling out.

 at the list there. A couple of good allrounders, but in terms of being an ALL-ROUNDER they all make Symonds AND Watson look like Imran Khan.

I protest !

WHY NO AGARKAR !!
because of his over 47 bowling average in test cricket...
his bating average of over 16 and 14 in test and one day matches....his number of consictive zeroes against aussies..

Whats that got to do with Agarkar not being the greatest all rounder before and after Garfield Sobers ??? :@ :@ :@

Because greatest allrounder ever is Imran Khan,Sobers is one of the greatest batsmen ever but was nothing more than a part time calibre bowler.

Piyush Chawla... I mean, come on...

There is no-one currently close to the Indian side who resembles an all-rounder. If Pathan were in it he would be, but he's a damn mediocre one at present.
