Who should open with astle? And your NZ team?

Eyes not spreadsheets
Fleming & Astle have had a couple of great opening partnerships before, if they could do that more often I wouldn't have a problem with Fleming opening.
Fleming averaged 10.56 opening before this current game, so I guess it's been Astle scoring the runs in opening partnerships.

I'm sorry i was wrong about Fleming- he got a duck, not 1. a ten ball duck- i can almost see his innings now without knowing much at all about it.

i reckon that tobacco is worse than pot.
it has all those chemicals, and its addictive. what happens when he is keeping and he feels like a smoke- his focus would be lost, and its all about focus (according to the cricket academy coaches, and all those psych books)
And it feeds Global Capitalism...

YES EXACTLY! damn those corporate thugs. I hate the tobacco companies so much. they have done some shocking things, in fact pretty much everything they have done is shocking.

What is it with the selectors going for so many bits of pieces players

Our middle order sucks! We need another 1-2 specialist batsman in there!

That was the side this morning for the game. I reckon the middle is far too weak.

We need another batsman in there I reckon.
