For me it's between Sobers and Viv. I go back and forth. Sobers is statistically well ahead overall but then again he had his issues with NZ and probably played weaker attacks more often. Viv was consistent across teams and countries but did have his greatness probably concentrated in a shorter period. Decisions......

Lara's ARG was flatter than any wicket Sobers played on, and Sobers was more dominant against ATG pacers than Lara anyway.

Sobers averages 67 at 3 and 4 so Lara should be happy Sobers decided to play MO or no?
Hiding is the last word I'd use to describe what Sobers did, anyway.
