Which team would win

I don't really agree with better openers, keeper sure, **** spinners. I really only pointed out an Indian dustbowl or Sydney would be a victory for Australia with Warne, I don't really see Warne being all that effective without pitch aid, definitely closer to a liability than an asset.
Don't know how this is hard to grasp.

This idea that Warne will be a liability is the biggest ****ing joke running around here...... @Johan should be ashamed. It's a Narayana level take.

He'll be a huge asset or a liability depending on the pitch, if he gets a road, Yeah. I don't get how people think I said he's a general liability, I just think fast bowlers are more well rounded, and spinners are inherently pitch reliant and can indeed be middling on flat pitches, I conceded Warne would be a factor in India or a classical Sydney pitch.

A leg spinner like Warne is the least pitch dependent and will run havoc in almost anywhere from day 4 onwards. Also more capable of bowling long spells, so less need for bringing your Chappell's and Simpson's in the attack.

I thought I would’ve noticed.

Speaking of Viv though, I have some shocking news. There was something a few weeks ago that made me want to reconsider my ordering of batsmen around that area. In all likelihood, he will be moving up in my estimation.
Top 10 now??

I'd go with

Worrell (C)
Greenidge
Headley
Viv
Lara
Sobers
Walcott (WK)
Marshall
Ambrose
Garner
Holding

I'd favour this team in England/South Africa/West Indies while giving Australia the edge in Australia/India.
And the one I'm using as well.

The scenes when Viv or Sobers hits Warne for 6 sixes on a day 4 on this pitch

No it would only be one or two spots. As soon as I saw the specific post that inspired this I actually thought hmm, I may have underrated Viv. I’ve been stewing on it for a couple of weeks now, so not taking it lightly.
what was the post if you don't mind me asking
