What pace bowling speeds do you consider to be fast and what speeds are fast medium for you?

Wasim and Steyn averages around then and cranked it up to early 90s when in the mood. Bumrah too. I consider them fast.

Meanwhile in proper measurements, always considered 140 a neat cutoff for what I would consider to be genuinely fast, with 134-140 being fast-medium, 128-134 being medium-fast, and anything slower being a sign you probably should try a different career

This is a very current day centric view though, I am aware that fast-medium at one point in time was a label applied to bowlers who fell well below the definition I had here in pace

Yeah tend to agree. Anyone doing 145+ consistently seems to hurry the batter. 150+ looks ridiculous though. Anything 150-160 feels the same to me looking from the out.

Was Pradeep ever that quick? Can't say I ever remember him bowling anything much beyond mid to high 130s, although admittedly I don't recall much at all about hid early international career. Lahiru Kumara and maybe Dushmantha Chameera on the rare occasions he isn't crocked are the quickest Sri Lankan bowlers I can recall of semi recent times

Ahh yeah, kinda forgot about him as I was thinking red ball, but absolutely he can get it through at a rapid rate of knots
