even though ICC is talking a 10 Nation WC and stopping the Inter Continental Cup still the first step for all these starts from the lowest division i.e. WCL Div 8.
It is a little more than one month away. The details are as follows

• It is due to take place in November 6 to 12, 2010 in Kuwait

Relegated from 2009 Division Seven

The remaining six teams have been determined by the ICC Development Committee based on the most recent regional results and other factors. They are:-

4. Kuwait

POST TOURNAMENT
After the conclusion of the tournament the teams will be distributed as follows:

1. 1st & 2nd: Promoted to 2011 Division Seven
2. 3rd : Remains in 2012 Division Eight
3. 4th to 8th: Return to regional setups
