My only memory of Afzaal was him bowling as Aus piled on 650/4 at the Oval in 2001. Brutal couple of days. IMO he bowled better than Tufnell did

I just want to say that I actually love some of these slippy threads. Reminds me of 00s internet when thought bubble threads like this got started all the time, and discussed seriously. You got exposed to a much wider range of interesting things that way. It was way better having lots of smaller threads than having the front page being dominated by 50 page catch all monster threads, as eventually became the trend in all the fora I'm on. It's harder to read and stifles the forum.
