Umpire Robinson

Rich

Cricket Spectator
The performance by umpire Robinson in the 3rd test was absolutely shocking. He made terrible decisions against both sides.

Those 2 caught behind ones on the off side (one was Warne in the 1st innings, the other S.Waugh in the 2nd inns) were so obvious, there was a noise and the only objects in the frame were bat and ball. The catch down the leg side off Gillespie's glove was a slightly harder decision, so that wasn't as bad, but the other decisions were not what you would expect from a test umpire.

I was worried he would give the run out of Warne not out as well, because there was a long pause before he went for the 3rd umpire.

What do you think?
