I don’t know if it’s been mentioned before in this thread, but I think that Ramesh Powar has one of the best bowling actions for an off spinner which allows his balls to spin bigger than most of his contemporaries.

The current bowler in world cricket than copied his action, Miraz, spins it quite well too,
