you've nailed the first one, but do you honestly think that Shane Watson averaging 61.5 with the ball with 2 wickets has proved to anyone that hes test class?Jono said:I think its related to, as an English fan, the Ashes in 2006/07. Hayden would obviously be more likely to succeed now against England compared to him in last year's Ashes.
My question is, was he being sarcastic about Watson?
I'm guessing it was just an error on your part to put "is a test class bowler" rather than 'isnt'tooextracool said:Best:

actually i was being sarcastic......not unusual for me to do so either.Jono said:No, hence why I was assuming you were being sarcastic with this comment:

Don't think Bevan has played for Australia for several seasons, especially in the Test arena.Pratyush said:Worst of the year 2005

The Australian selectors - Known to make very good decisions like playing Gilchrist instead of Healy in the past, the recent form has been pathetic. Dropping Bevan, Lehmann were just the trailers. This year has seen the inexplicable dumping of Martyn, non inclusion of Hussey for the Ashes despite being one of the few people in form and not trying MacGill even though the back up pace attack was proving to be impotent among many others.
