So MAS really has to be lowest possible score you want. I usually set around 120 for T20 and 200 for SOD, and adjust it around based on conditions.

I usually go with 110 for Moo CC, and 135 for GG CC.
A higher MAS would have your batsmen throwing their bats more often, which might result in losing wickets in clusters.
