James just to let you know that the server has been a real pain today, must have gone 7 times Iam aware off and just a minute ago everyone was getting the following error....

There seems to have been a slight problem with the database.

Yeah - thanks guys. Our host is aware of the problem. Here's apart of my discussion with them:

yeah we will be auditing all servers and determining what is causing problems and resolve those items. And then we will be spending some time optimizing all servers as well.

The auditing and fixing will be over the next few days

Its mostly web server restarts to keep box load from getting so high to cause the server to crash.

I have got my 2 new admins helping me investigate it.

So that it will be cleaned up and running smooth over the next couple of day.
