In ODIs, definitely Anwar. Hayden has a lower odi strike rate despite batting in a much higher scoring era of the game.

It's a close call between the two, but I lean towards Anwar just slightly. He averaged over 40 and struck at over 82 in the 1990s, which is impressive. Plus, he did a fantastic job carrying the team, especially considering how his fellow Pakistani batsmen—like Inzamam—often struggled in World Cups.
