Technically isn't Lara superior to Viv?Viv beats Lara

Lara isn't technically superior to Viv especially against bounce. Viv was technically sound all round.Technically isn't Lara superior to Viv?
Moreover Tendulkar and Gavaskar are almost same technically. Tendulkar struggled in Pakistan and failed in Zimbabwe. Gavaskar struggled in England and failed in Sri Lanka. I assume 45 as the cut off for struggle and success, so upto an extent Gavaskar also struggled in New Zealand. But assuming openers tax against the swinging conditions I dont assume 43 to be struggled.
Technically hadn't seen any weakness from either of them. However due to the career strech had seen some weakness from Tendulkar since 2012 and pretty much nothing was Gavaskar. It is Tendulkar's strokeplay that separates himself from Gavaskar.
Isn't that due to Richards superior reflexes. In my opinion Richards had a lot of technical limitations, but they never acted as limitations due to his natural ability.Lara isn't technically superior to Viv especially against bounce. Viv was technically sound all round.
That could be true but his technique always seemed orthodox to me though not his strokeplay. If Viv had technical weaknesses they should have been clear by the late 80s.Isn't that due to Richards superior reflexes. Lara had weaknesses but haven't seen any recognisable weakness from Richards…but I believe that was not due to his technique, but natural ability.
Nah, Viv had better technique, especially against swing bowling and reverse swing.Technically isn't Lara superior to Viv?

Impression from Viv is that he was very balanced and generally played shots close to his body and wasn't likely to follow the ball like Lara.Nah, Viv had better technique, especially against swing bowling and reverse swing.
weak against bounce and express pace tooLara was weak against ball going out and ball coming in, what the **** was the mf strong against then according to you lads?
Also has issues with flatter spin. And don't get us started on that high back lift. How did this guy even score runs lol?weak against bounce and express pace too![]()

The amount of bounce and pace that was needed to trouble him was very difficult to produce. How is this guy even a comparison with Tendulkar... Gosh getting a new perspective for Lara.
