Pakistan t20 revolution

Just saw this comment from Afridi https://cricketpakistan.com.pk/en/news/detail/shahid-afridi-sets-new-criteria-for-t20-selections

" No batter in T20 will be selected for Pakistan who will not have a strike-rate of more than 135 in domestic cricket. ." Thought it'd be fun to see who from the WC finals side would make this hypothetical team.

Pakistan's 11 from the wc final was
1.Babar
2.Rizwan
3.Haris
4.S Masood
5.Iftikar
6.Shadab
7.Nawaz
8.Wasim
9.Shaheen
10.Rauf
11.N Shah

Quote only mentions batters, so going to discount the guys from 7 to 11.
Of the top 7 from the wc final, Rizwan, Babar, S masood, Iftikar, and Nawaz wouldn't make it as all of them strike at 125-130 in t20. Shadab and Haris are the only guys who make it, and even they JUST slide in, with a sr of 135 and 137 respectively.

I'de like to think that afridi is more saying that he's only going to select guys striking at over 135 FROM the time of this comment. But if he's not, it seems really weird to make such a drastic change in selection policy for a team that where one catch away from making both of the last 2 WC finals, and one freak shaheen injury from arguably winning the last WC.

I think in t20 they would include the no 7 as a batsman and may even be more important to score at a higher rate?
