It sure was. And the Umpires used to tie onions to their belts, which was the style at the time.Wait, they moved venue for day 5? Was this a regular thing back then?

I thought he bowled better than that. Easily the best of the debutants.Hmm, what I saw of him was fairly much what I expected. Shaped it initially, can bowl good balls with late movement, but also bowled a fair bit of floaty full stuff which was pretty easily handled. I don't see a Test bowler there and his batting isn't good enough for all-rounder status (yet). Definitely doesn't have the tools as a first change bowler at that level.
Nek minnit 2030 stats: Z.Foulkes, 250 Test wickets 8 centuries
That would only equal Conway on debut. Skippy Sinclair watch out imo34 down 166 to go
Yeah if I had to choose one of the three based on yesterday it would've been Foulkes and not just because he got 4 wickets.I thought he bowled better than that. Easily the best of the debutants.
Along the same lines, he needs 772* to average over 50 again. For the record.192+ and Conway will average over 40 again even if he gets out
Only 13 debutants in the last 5 years for New Zealand in Test cricket, joint lowest with AustraliaNew Zealand's last 8 test debutants have all been pace bowlers. The last non-pace bowler was Michael Bracewell in 2022.
Must have reached the dressing room. He's got a cap on now.*looks for reasons to diss Nicholls 9 balls into his innings*
The virgin helmet wearer vs the chad cap wearer
Hoping they bat until tea on Day 4 and finish 1002/7 dec. Conway 400 odd, Rachin 300 odd.Along the same lines, he needs 772* to average over 50 again. For the record.
