New sim update!

Here are 3 matches simmed from the new wcc sim Im making.
Pls give your comments and suggestions on how it could be improved.

Some things on the scorecard i like, is the names of the dismissed player in the FOW section...

It just mimics Real life! Kallis and Lara do play well in real life dont they?

I think its better this way when players play true to their real life talent.

The one thing I would say is that having the overs as 10.0 instead of 10 isn't the easiest on the eye...

Jason - Talking to Sriram the other day I blieve the overall sim will be a modified Total Cricket, which he made... So I guess if you look at that you might get a better idea.

do different batsmen have different agression levels?

what stats does the sim use (eg SR and economy rate for bowlers)?

does it rain (eg shorten match)?

i also love the player names after the dismissals

yes it uses the same stats as vc. Bat avg for batsmen SR and econ. for bowlers.

One improvement that's come to me would be a method of separating part time and full time Wicketkeepers.

Some of the people keeping in 4 Day games as first choices would only do it in a real emergency IRL.

The problem is how wud the program recognise a part timer?
currently both part time and full time keepers are indicated by the same '-1' in the database as in VC.It wud need manual modification in the database which will take time.
If some 1 can take it up to change all part time keepers to say '-2' then this can be implemented.

That could be done Sri, If all the part-timers had a -2 put in place then they could maybe let a few more byes in and also not be as efficient etc....
