Pretty sure Macartney, Trumper and Bradman are three of the four men to have scored a hundred before lunch on the first day of a Test. The fourth to my knowledge is Majid Khan, so I'd say him as the answer.

I don't, unfortunately, have time to go trawling through his records for which match he achieved the feat in, so someone else will have to pick this up and run with it. :)
