Mostly all easy except the last one, and probs Hobbs/Sutcliffe and Wasim/Waqar, not for quality but as top tier pacers have the most match impact.

The openers are greater cricketers but I don't think they are as valuable for a team. An average batting team with worldclass pacers will win more than a batting heavy side with average bowling.
