Woakes right now, but since he's probably only in the frame for maybe a summer compared to Henry possibly having a few years, Henry has every chance to go past him if he continues gunning it with the ball.
His away stats are, fittingly, a bit Woakes-ish mind. I know they're basically from before he became good generally, but unless he actually gets the chance to tour those places again and does well there, they're going to count against him and bring the debate down to essentially home bowling + batting
