Was unlucky to miss out on the last WC and 2 years ago Iftikhar Ahmed had a good WC which should have no bearing on his current standing. In a just world VDD gets picked before Markram too at the moment.

except for yknow the most recent t20 tournament? Reeza’s unlucky to have lost form at the worst possible moment but thats impossible to predict

A little late to the conversation, but congrats to SA. I thought if we (US) could hold them to 160-170 we could win. If we let them to 200 we still had a chance, but I really thought SA would reach 220ish. This ground has been pretty high scoring. Of course, I was excited going into the 19th over needing 28, but I knew the wicket on the first ball ended it. I, obvoiusly, didn't expect us to get this far, but I think we've shown we belong at least as much as those that didn't qualify. I also think we can win one of the next two games.
