Little KO during CA Cup 1/4's

Ok to the 3 other teams involved in the friendly KO during the CA Cup 1/4 finals (Warwickshire, Kent and WA) i want to get your opinion on how you want it run....
If you want it to be 50 overs a side or 20???
What style do u want the comp to be played???
I was thinking of two options...
1: Team 1 v Team 2, Team 3 v Team 4
the winners play in the final and the losers in the 3rd 4th place Playoff,
or
2:A 4 way comp where everyone plays each other once and the team with the most wins is the champ???

Please post your opinions here????

Also whilst the Semi Finals are in progress i was thinking of allowing teams not involved to play freindlies against other teams...
These will have to be organised by you, by that i mean you will have to arrange with an opponent(not in the CA Cup) to play a friendly, decide on the venue, and notify me, the rest will run as usual with teams being submitted to me and the games simmed and sent back to you....
Just something to think about, being so close to the end of the season it may help you decide on who you want to get rid of in the end of season draft and it may help in us getting some very good rivalries going.....

1st - I would like it to be 50 overs

2nd - Your idea about playing freindlies against other teams is also a good idea

3rd - I would go for the 4 way comp where everyone plays each other once and the team with the most wins is the champ, makes it more intersting for me and you GB anyway, see how we fair vs Div 1 teams.

As instigator of this I demand 50 over, as that is what my team need practise in - I think a round robin would be a good idea, to coincide with the other 3 rounds of the Cup.

*It will be 50 overs a side
*Round Robin Style competition with all teams playing each other once....
*The winner will be the team with the most victories.....

Also what i was thinking was that once i do the draw we may be able to select different teams for all the 3 games, that way you can really check out the depth of your squad.....

That's fine with me, also can I ask if the wins are the same hows the winner going to be picked, net run rate, most runs scored etc

Also is it going to be played all at once or each time a CA cup game comes around?

I suppose that if teams are equal we can just go off the NRR or who won the game between those two teams, and as for the other bit all the games will be played during that week....
Rather than right through the CA Cup.......

If it's all the games at the same time do we have to submit all three teams to you at the same time? or will there be time to view the results and then make alterations if needed?

Will their be injuries? will they only apply to the K/O or into the season as well?

Seeing as though Marc71178 suggested the comp then all the games can be at his ground

No all teams will need to be submitted at the same time....

Will their be injuries? will they only apply to the K/O or into the season as well?

As in every game that is simmed there is a chance with injuries.....
But then again players can be injured in training to so......

Ok Heres the Draw for the
Marc71178 Invitational Cup

Round 1 Warwickshire v South Australia
Western Australia v Kent

Round 2 Warwickshire v Western Australia
South Australia v Kent

Round 3 Warwickshire v Kent
South Australia v Western Australia

Ok rememeber all games are to be played @ Warwickshire's home ground so remember to check out the conditions, and if teams are equal then the winner of the match between them teams will be the competition winner, if still tied NRR will be called on....
Games will be 50 overs a side....
This will be plaed the week of the 1/4 finals of the CA Cup.....

Internationals - 0 (1 if you count my overseas player)

However former internationals I do have all 4 of them
