Artherton was a bum, Miller was one of the best quicks ever in first 100 years between 1877-1977. Miller performance when bowling long spell didn’t have any dip at all. Struggling to think anyone in batting but may be someone like Steve Waugh or possibly someone slightly worse.

It would be an ATVG batsman. but that definition varies, and not really sure who I'd slot in there as batsmen vs bowler comparisons are really contentious and hard to define.

I don't consider either of these guys top 20 seamers, not even 25 for Statham, but I'm not going to bother calculating where exactly Miller falls here. Rate Miller over Statham though. Bedser would probably be a better comparison to Miller as a bowler, in my mind (not stylistically, but for efficacy).
