How is the true test of swing using a ball that does not swing? If you're a good swing bowler you should be judged by how you bowl in swinging conditions, no? Now if you're judging all-round fast bowling ability then sure Anderson lags behind the rest.

Haze is a mile better in Aust conditions and slightly better in Eng conditions than Anderson

Haze is also far handsomer.
Haze is definitely the better looking bloke. As much as I love Jimmy, he's a skinny ****er. Haze has it all going, height, build and looks.

You know you're attempt to prove someone isn't good has gotten desperate when you're resting it solely on the fact that they've been rested for one test match in Galle.
Nothing to do with that. This is a genuine thread. Hazlewood is a great bowler. I haven’t voted on my own thread yet but from the posts there has been a good argument for Anderson made comparing averages during the same period

Both are similar bowlers with a similar MO but Haze is a bit quicker, which means that he has a higher ceiling than Anderson. He's been hitting that over the last couple of years but hasn't been doing that as consistently as Anderson has over the last decade.

Clearly at this point Anderson has the better career. Both bowlers are at a different stage of their respective careers though. Haze is between a third and a half way through while Anderson is on his last legs. Obviously at this point you'd take Hazelwood in a nanosecond. But whether Hazlewood can have a better career than Anderson or not remains to be seen. He could revert to bowling down leg like a couple of years ago, or this Hazlewood could be the new normal. If the former is true, Anderson wins, if the latter, Hazelwood.

Hazlewood relies on subtle Seam Movement while Anderson relies on Swing.
Anderson is a master of his art while Hazlewood is still learning his art.
