Andre Adams gets another chance

Adams, who turns 29 in a week, joined the New Zealand squad for the first time in 14 months yesterday after falling off the radar last season and not even being considered for New Zealand A. A perceived casual attitude, injuries and inconsistent performances meant that he was left off the list of 20 New Zealand contracted players in April.
Actually AAP, the last time Adams played for NZ was about 8 months ago when he played against Pakistan in Auckland and Wellington.

He's certainly someone who can keep his place in the squad, especially after Cairns' retirement.

arjwiz, I doubt you know anything about NZ Cricket.

Adams was in the ODI squad, and Cairns hasnt retired from ODI cricket yet.
