Is Kohli only concentrating on IPL and not tests?

We know that he was missing for most of the time in Australia 2021 test series and vs Englsnd home series and not out of injury or fitness issues but these are personal time outs. He was probably not missed by and large. Yet shows his lack of intent or dedication to serve the national team.

No male player's ever taken multiple almost 2-month long parental leaves before to await partner's delivery and then to change diapers all month long (basically to support their partner). It shows that for him his family is 1st priority which is fine, though when his father passed away many yrs ago he didn't even leave from an ongoing domestic match and continued playing, he was so resolute... he was still looking to establish himself at the time. Now he is very established and famous and his position is secure so he feels he is able to choose when to play and when not to.

this should be the norm rather than something reserved only for the alpha dog tbh
