India should ensure that all home pitches designed to:-
-be fast
-be bouncy
-have ZERO lateral movement/minimise swing bowling
-minimise threat of fingerspinners

This will allow for a more efficient brand of cricket (the Australian brand of cricket that is also espoused by Brendon McCullum) where fast bowlers focus not on swinging the ball but hitting the deck hard on a heavy length for long overs with good stamina and pace.
And also where batsman are trained to hit across the line and hit pace bowling.
And where spinners are ideally leg spinners.

In such conditions, the Australian brand of cricket tends to win. if India want to become a consistently dominant team, they need to improve fast bowling, ensuring there are no swing bowlers.

Are you Pat Cummins, hoping to cleansweep a series in India? Sorry buddy, but only one team is good enough to do that.

This is not EA Cricket or Battrick where you can just select whatever pitch you want from a list of options. Indian pitches are the way they are because of the climate and the clay/soil/grass available.

It would be a massive undertaking to relay pitches to mimic overseas conditions and would cost a lot more to maintain.

England have produced flat pitches, but they cannot produce anything has hard and quick as those in SA or Australia due to environmental factors.

I'd rather go with those 90s style abrasive wickets. Bumrah will get a lot of reverse on those, like he did against England last year.

Whatever it takes!!!
The 2024 wickets against England were fine. We need similar wickets for our home games. Mostly let the grounds play to their natural characteristics.
