England are getting all the umpire decisions in their favor this match

In the first innings, Flintoffs wicket off a overstepping no ball, not called. Yet Brett Lee took one off a no ball and it was called. Both decisions by Dar.

Peitersen out absolutely plumb on a full toss, not given yet Clarke was given out to a debatable one that was hitting the top millimetre of a bail according to hawkeye.

England batsman refused to use their bat and got away with about four very close calls off Warne. At least the last one on Straus should have been given.

Trescothic was plumb playing back to Warne and it hit the edge after the pad, given not out.

I think the umpires are buying into the hype for a close series and so are trying to even it up a bit in terms of decisions.

Oh god. Not another stupid thread like this.

Look, umpiring decisions go against EVERY team. Why is it that fans of EVERY nation automatically believe there is some sort of massive conspiricy against them whenever it happens? How many Indian fans did we see recently claiming that Bucknor hated Tendulkar and purposely gave him out incorrectly, or that the umpires favoured Australia in India last year? How many New Zealand fans after the Chappell-Hadlee series claimed that Peter Parker was cheating for Australia? The list goes on, and now you're starting a thread claiming that the umpires are biased towards England over Australia.

Just let it go for once.

If the facts show England have had the rub of the green, then fine.
To suggest the umpires are biased in order to even up the series is utter trash.

Who cares mate. The australians are going to win, and thats all that really matters. Umpiring decisions go both for and against you, and to critisize the umpires is just plain stupid. Overall the umpiring has been of quite a high standard

Once they are home and dry then I will agree but the weather forecast is dodgy and the umpires don't look like they want to give Pietersen out, plus he seems very hard to get out anyway so if he's still there I will be nervous.
