Exactly - in my Spurs game, Jermaine Defoe started causing problems, and he was a pretty good player, shipped him off, and all of a sudden results have greatly improved. It's all very well being good, but the dressing room needs to have a decent atmosphere to win stuff.

Yep.That mostly only happens with my youth teams though.They think they're goo denough for the first team but they aren't because my weakest first team player for their spot is oodles better.

In my first team I've only had it with Hussaine, Sinama-Pongolle, and Mexes.Pizarro too.He got shipped offf.Pongolle is on season loan with Newcastle and i'll probably sell him after.Bellion was a bit like that too.He went to Brighton.Hussaine and Mexes got sorted out and are playing regularly.Moreso Mexes.

What editor do you use and where did you get it?

Ps- FM is the next version of the championship manager series. CM5 is a completly new game.
