Williamson but difference isn't big.

Batting position matters, usually a top order player would have lower average in alien countries where new ball does a bit.

Williamson made serious impact batting at 3 in home games, WTC final knock and against poor sides away from home too.

During Chanderpaul time because he batted lower, he couldn't really help WI much being the best batter in the team post Lara's retirement.

Between Williamson and Cook, I choose Cook. Williamson really need to improve his away record vs big boys. Many players do well in the first test they play in alien conditions so whatever sample you get, you should try and impact games or produce a knock that is remembered.
