Abd's overall numbers are still godly though. 9k+ runs @37 avg and 150+ SR

It is, but T20Is record is really poor by his standards.

He's 11-20, not top 10. Quite far behind Bumrah once you take into account era adjustment

You can't use volume of runs as it benefits the more recent players who have joined the huge growth in franchise Leagues.

England have played in 3 World Cup Finals and won 2 (should've been 3 really). KP is surely one of the top 25 and there's probably others from those teams who deserve consideration (assuming Buttler is an automatic).

It is tbh, they probably went for him being good for quite long in quite a wide variety of conditions and the BBL factor. Don't know how high is the weightage for IPL and T20I specifically.

Yeah, Christian shouldn't be there. He's in because he's played loads of games, but no way he's one of the best 25 to have played it.
