I do adore Watling, and think he had a great ability to only ski uphill but he is simply easier to find a replacement for than Jadeja. All rounders are h4x

Knott would win that.
Although Bowling might have more emphasis than Wicket Keeping, Still Knott is in the tier 1 category of Wicket keeping, compared to Tier 5 or 6 of Jadeja. So Knott edges there.
Batting is almost similar.
