In tests, Bishop had a meaningful career, and looked like an ATG before it ended. Bond looked very promising too, but too less of a sample size.
Bishop is probably Willis/Hazlewood level overall.

Bishop definitely had the better test career, but mostly due to length of career (which were both shortened) but went with Bond here because he had just a bit more ability and higher ceiling imo. Basing this on a hypothetical that both Bishop and Bond have a full career, I think Bond does better.

Disagree. Bishop contributed greatly in the series in Australia in 1993 which they won 2-1. Also had one other very good series there. Also had a very good series in 1995 in England. Don't think Bond did nearly as much away from home.
And Bishop's late outswingers are out of this world.

Yeah but Bond didn't really get to play away series against top sides except WI, against which he was a major factor in the away series win. The higher level imo is mostly based of the eye test and some stats (Bond wins easily on both avg and Match factor, although he's played weaker opposition).

That'd be a really useless metric here. Bishop played with an Ambrose who took 33 wickets @16 in the 1993 series in Australia, and some other mention-worthy bowlers. Also played against stronger opponents. Bonds away numbers are carried by WI and ZIM.
The delivery at 0:43 is greater than Bond's whole career.
