i vote for Clive Lloyd. Scored at a crazy strike rate for the era and even though he got out soon after making 100 unlike most others on this list, the next highest score of the match was 62 and the overall match margin only 17 runs so it was a critical knock

My original instinct was Aravinda, but Lloyd does make a great case. Still love a good chasing innings in ODI cricket so would probably go Aravinda. Fair attack he did it against too.

Viv, Ponting and Gilchrist all pretty close. Jayawardene probably last but he did maintain a strong SR.

Personally I think Gilchrist. He opened the batting and his team batted first. The strike rate and both individual + team score considered I can’t really justify not to vote for him as an individual performance.
