Wagner is no.3 among this. He is one dimensional, doesn't have the skills set of Shami or Gillespie and neither achieved the same level of success.

Between Shami and Gillespie, it is close. Probably Gillespie at the moment. Shami had a superb World Cup but the discussion here is Test cricket so Gillespie is ahead.
