IIRC, MacGill outperforms Warne in matches they played together at Home.
Of course that's because they mostly came on turners and I think the way MacGill bowled meant that he was generally very difficult to play on a spinning deck (plus it was also usually his home deck). When MacGill was replacing Warne his performances tended to be much less effective.

This thread also shows how we should appreciate Jim Laker more, only got one shot and averaged 21 in Australia for an off spinner.

Yeah but he also played in some truly horrible tracks like in 2003 BGT
