The closest thing to that I've seen is Kimber's video where he tries to determine the third greatest spinner of all time. Spoiler Alert : he edges it just to Kumble. Amongst the older Indian fans, kumble will still win and amongst the younger ones Ash wins easily.
Wkts being more spin friendly in IND, drs, the fact that Ash didn't have to bowl as many marathon spells as Kumble did in away flat (at least for spin) conditions makes it close. Kumble was better than Ash away from home. But Ash's constant match winning ability at home is more useful to the team imo and I edge it to him.
