Any capture for 2004

I'm trying to capture screens using any capture. How can I do this to capture in-game screens for Cricket 2004? Any ideas people? :blink:

Okay so fraps is better then, but how does it work... I dled it and hit the hotkey... F10... couldn't find my picture anywhere... this was just capturing my screensaver...

I'm not sure, i didn't have any problem using it in Cricket 02 or BLIC 2005, maybe Barmyarmy knows the answer?
