Yes, based on your extensive observations of his bowling?

Or his expert dismantling of a minnow level SA team?

Or his extensive success in the sub continent?
Based on the accounts of his bowling. If true, he has the X factor that regular great bowlers do not and was a genius.

It has nothing to do with Kallis. That the difference between you and I. It's not personality based.

The fifth bowling role,.especially with this attack wouldn't get enough of the ball to justify the dropping of an ATG batsman.

And giving Miller the new ball over Ambrose or Barnes (shouldn't be there, but here we are), two of the best new ball bowlers ever, is a negative there as well.

And on top of it, to make it work, you also weaken the keeping..

So to get in a reluctant bowler, who will get limited overs and mostly in the dog overs, into the team you weaken your batting and keeping.

It doesn't make sense to me.
You literally didn't address any of my points about when to use Millers bowling. Stop wasting our time.

"Minnow level" yet would've won the series without Barnes.

You're just hating because you're a Marshall fan, lol.

I think Pollock is rated higher here. We're definitely at point where my initial votes are going to be fringe a lot and I may change if it's close between two others. How many more times am I going to need to vote for Davidson, Mitchell and Waite already?
Mitchell should be in the fourth XI I feel like, assuming someone like Boycott or Trumper wins here, I really wanted a Boycott and Trumper opening partnership but that will not go through I feel like.

I think Boycs will win here, Barry and Greenidge in the next, then G Smith and Hayden, Sehwag and Simpson..... People are dumb sometimes.

lowkey I will try to get Worrell to win this so I can get my Boycott and Trumper partnership, immovable object opening with unstoppable force

Nah, go with Victor!! Worrell opening here is totally unnecessary. Hardly opened, will have Border as captain and don't think will need a 7th bowler much (even Border can cover that if need arises).

Re openers

Need Simpson soon. It might depend on the spinner. If a leggie like Grimmett is picked I would be less keen to pick Simpson than if an offie such as Laker was chosen.

Key words "if true"

You literally didn't address any of my points about when to use Millers bowling. Stop wasting our time.
Who the **** is this "our" you always manage to come up with.

I very much answered your questions, just not the way you want.

You're not selecting Barnes and Ambrose to give the new ball to Miller.

And especially not to justify an unwise selection.
