As opposed to trying to shoehorn a specialist #3 into keeping when he specifically didn’t like keeping at this level and batting at #6….

He didn't like keeping because he was batting at no.3 according to him. I don't see him having a problem at no.6, he was naturally aggressive and together with Lara and an older ball he will bat with a fair degree of freedom.

Miller rather than Kallis, let's make a pace quartet
Sanga or even ABD rather than Knott

Kallis at number 6 doesn’t work for me.
I prefer having Keith Miller as my AR.
Maybe Kallis at number 3 or 4 in next team

Thala. I would ask you reconsider Kallis and go for a pure better batter if not Miller.

You already have Hammond bowling and you admitted Kallis is a bad fit at no.6.

Not sure what the wait is for tho as Hammond, Smith Lara, Murali already have unassailable leads.

Early days but I think I will definitely vote for Sanga as keeper bat and Miller in the team. Improves both batting and bowling so much. And sanga is a proven keeper against murali, so that shouldn't be the problem. He was very good keeper to pace too. Miller was much better batsman than Knott and much better bowler than Kallis. Complements other 3 seamers so well,just a different variety with short spell of hostile short pitch bowling.i wonder how many are seeing this from that angle. @capt_Luffy @subshakerz @Johan @Thala_0710

@capt_Luffy May I suggest voting for the keeper/bat separately to the 6/7 position? As said above I think a lot of people might want Miller if it's Sanga but Kallis or another specialist bat if it's a specialist keeper.

Agreed, but in what order do we do it. First do we decide the keeper or the AR?

That's what the debate is on for like the last 7 pages. I and Subz are full in, Thala was against it but now may consider it and Johan think is going to agree

I'm not considering Sanga+Miller btw. I'm considering Knott+a better bat than Kallis
