ACC should Change it's structure

The ACC rather than having an Elite and Challenge structure should have Division Structure. similar to Europe and WCL. By present level the structure would be (I am assuming Saudi Arabia and Qatar will be the finalist, which is the mist likely scenario)

I agree that they need more divisions. There is no point having teams like China coming up against Saudi Arabia at this stage in their development. Smaller divisions mean more even contests and let the teams grow alongside each other instead of being blown away and becoming disheartened.
