You are right, that is not really a comparison. So which team would be best out of A,B,C,D,E &F.

If this for ODI cricket I'd say A and C are the best. Just seem to have better bowling attacks and they each have a few ATG odi batters (Lara, Bevan, Gilchrist, De Villiers & Jayasuriya, Kohli, Dhoni, Watson) along with other good batters.
