If it's specifically for the SC the teams can be improved... But of the given teams the latter one wins... The bowling attack is just too good for the conditions, with Ashwin just too big of a weapon

Can't see anyone bar Tendulkar consistently scoring runs vs Ashwin
That's an exaggeration. I said SC, it doesn't mean just Indian pitches.

And it's not like Warne would be a chump against the other lineup.

As for pace options, it's close but McGrath, Ambrose and Wasim to me match up somewhat well with Steyn, Bumrah and Cummins.

Even in SL and Ban... It's basically only Pak where Ashwin can be effectively neutralized
