If they arent getting a game, the chances of them coming back for the following season are much slimmer.

I think with the increased international schedule that will allow for more games for players who usually don't get a game.

Seasons were shorter back in those day, Season 8 was mammoth, and in Hell, I didn't get many games.

I've been here since Season 1 and I've only played a few over a hundred, we only used to play 6 games a season at the beginning.

sadly, if you dont get games, you really dont get motivated to actually come back, especially if you dont get selected 5 or 6 matches in a row.

Only eleven guys can play each game, maybe we need super subs?

The sims don't allow that. I think the current system is fine.. you've gotta stay motivated or else it's your loss
