Yeah, the Koreans in particular seem to have gone right off the boil. From dominating for a decade, they're not winning much at all now. Also, Lilia Vu who has won 2 of the last 5 is struggling with a back injury and pulled out of this. More of a Charley Hull fan myself, she's not started well.

I think you mean her sister Nelly (Jessica less talented and just had a baby). Inbee Park won her 7th Major in 2015, but since then no one has won more than 2 tournaments. Korda's swing is right up there with Aberg as a thing of beauty, and she seems to have developed a Scheffler mentality for...

Is James Anderson an ATG test bowler?

You know cricket does exist outside Australia?

Is James Anderson an ATG test bowler?

Not saying he's the best ever, but he's got 700 wickets. It's only been the last year where you could question his selection though. Cook went through a period where his selection was regularly questioned, I don't think Anderson has ever had that since becoming a regular. Would you question...

Well at least Ollie Robinson is playing, about to bowl to Bancroft in what should be an interesting match up.

I can't bring myself to watch any of it, but it does highlight how Max gets found out when things aren't set up ideally for him (which they are in most cases). Rain showcases the skills of the best drivers, I seem to remember Senna being an absolute master in the conditions. No surprise to see...

Totally understandable. There's some real dross in the Masters field, like Freddie Couples for example. Just a shame that two of the LIV boys couldn't even beat the 64 year old with a chronic back problem.

Is James Anderson an ATG test bowler?

I can kind of get where you're coming from, but at the same time, how the leading wicket taking seamer of all time isn't an ATG is just not even a consideration for me. You don't take 700 wickets by accident.

I watched the McIlroy and Aberg pairing last night. One of them had it on a piece of string and -5 was the worst they could've scored. The other hacked it around, scrambled superbly and somehow got it to -4, easily the best they could've achieved. If Mrs Scheffler had dropped early, Aberg...

    English Domestic Season 2024

It's the swing of the arms and the walk down the wicket after the shot, no need for any DNA testing to know who his father is!!

Is James Anderson an ATG test bowler?

You mean like the series in Pakistan, played on the flattest of wickets that England somehow won 3-0? Used as an impact bowler, picked up 8 key wickets at 18 with a SR of 50. Yeah, he's had the odd bad match (Oval), but his stats over the last 10 years are ridiculous. Unless of course you're...

To be fair to Kent and Sussex, I think there's a certain heirarchy already in place in the SE. I mentioned the couple I met on holiday, they live in Whitstable, Kent and their daughter (Alexa Stonebridge) is signed on to the SE Stars (Surrey). Historically, more players have come through this...

Even you and Pickleball??? For those of us who don't have a faith it does seem a little weird. When Scheffler talks about his 'buddies' reminding him that it didn't matter if he won or lost because "his victory was secure on the cross" is just something I don't get. Also, when you refer to...

Is James Anderson an ATG test bowler?

They may not be ATG's but the fact you can take the last few years of Anderson and compare against their entire careers kind of outlines his greatness. Here's another one, Hazlewood has 273 wickets at 24.8 from 70 Tests. The last 8 years sees Anderson with 267 wickets at 22.2.

It's not just them though. In the Minor Counties, Berkshire, for example have produced both Knight and Bell in recent years. I find Durham perhaps the biggest surprise in the list, but perhaps it's a plan to encourage growth in an area which hasn't seemingly done a lot for Women's Cricket so far.

As you point out, Madrid were pretty much outplayed for most of the game last night. With the away goals rule, the better team would've gone through.

I guess it's which combo you prefer - Palmer/Bellingham or Bellingham/Henderson. Just not sure who it is that sits alongside Rice.

To be honest, it just highlights how weak England are in that position. Goalkeeper, left centre back and left back are very much the weak spots in the team (and potentially second midfielder too unless we give that role to Bellingham).

Is James Anderson an ATG test bowler?

How many Model T Fords can match the speed of a Formula 1 car? A reminder, Anderson from the age of 35 equals the same as the entire career of Pat Cummins!! Or another good one for you, Anderson between the age of 35-40 took more wickets than Bumrah's entire career so far (at only 1 run higher...

Turns out Bellingham and Foden are fine on them. The problem with removing the away goals rule exposed last night, Real played for penalties and got away with it. Having said that, for all their possession, City didn't actually create that much. On the plus side, the vast majority of English...
