Don't know what to make of this stement:rolleyes:   , as far as i know, India has been rated below New Zealand since a long time! As for heroics, save the word for the great England team, afterall they are yet to achieve a drawn result against an Australian side (whether...

    *Official* Ashes Series Thread

Well i'm sorry to say that it was a very silly thing to say.Just because India is faring poorly in a different series doesn't mean that we can't comment and criticise pathetic display by the English team. Secondarily, being understrength due to reasons well known by us which itself lead to...

Warne out of the World Cup!!!

No, i'm not talking about India, nor do i think Indians would have been in trouble facing him.I think England and SA would certainly like to avoid him.

Warne out of the World Cup!!!

I never said that Aus aren't now the fav, but when one lose a match winning bowler like Warne, one does get a bit weakened I think Aus had/has three match winning bowler in Mcgrath/Jason and Warne. I do think they are going to miss him, though they can still win the cup

Warne out of the World Cup!!!

He's injured (dislocataed his shoulder) ans as such is out for atleast 6 weeks, but since he had an operation on the same shoulder previosly, its likly that he won't recover in time to be fit for the WC!! The World cups looks to be wide open now!!

    Four teams for the semi-finals!

WRONG! I was talking about SA's home series, the criticism took place when SA were getting hammered at their own home ground. There are teams that have done well against Aus on their own backyard!!

    Four teams for the semi-finals!

No thats not correct, other teams have played better against Aus than the way SA played against Aussies.SA simply were never in the game, even SA's ex cricketers had criticised the players for their spinelss display

    Four teams for the semi-finals!

They have?? I wonder then why Glen and Warne was so harsh on SA then? they criticise Afrikans on being mentally weak and giving up the match before it had already started!
  13. S

    Four teams for the semi-finals!

No denying that, but things have changed since the arrival of new players in Sehwag/Mongia and especially Kaif and Yuvraj.Indians were chronic chokers mainly because they used to rely heavily on one man , i.e"Sachin Tendulkar" , as soon as he used to depart, the rest of the batters just used to...

    Four teams for the semi-finals!

That's true, infact in one of my post i had pointed out the fact that every loss is not a result of choking. However in the final of the Titan cup, SA loss was a result of choking.SA was a better team in the whole tournament, they defeated the Indian team thrice before the final, and were the...

    Four teams for the semi-finals!

Well they have lost finals to other teams like to India in the Titan cup Final, although they had beaten India in all the 3 prefinal games.

    Alderman to Train Indian Pacers!!!!!

Great move, keeping in mind that the world cup is just around the corner. Now Indian fast bowler can bowl with more bite and venom, Alderman is the right guy to teach the finer aspects of fast bowling to the promissing Indian pacers.Nehra,Khan,Ajit and Youhannan will greatly benefit from it.

    Four teams for the semi-finals!

Not only in the Max game, but also in the super six competition in HK earlier this year, never mind the format of the game!
  18. S

    Four teams for the semi-finals!

When they faced Aussies last time in a test and onedayer series they just gave up the game b4 it had actually started, so they never came to a point of being under pressure!

World Cup will be ours.... Sehwag reminds the world!

Thats was strong outfit.Talking about outfits, what do you think about "encasing plate armour" for the English team? maybe that can be the answer to protect the Englishmen from injuries:lol::lol::lol::lol:
