5th Test (The Oval) - 31st July to 4th August

Expected better from the guy with apparently the 'best technique' in this team. This what makes Rahul frustrating. For all his talent, he doesn't make it count as much as his ability suggests. And that's why he will be remembered as a good player but not a great player.

5th Test (The Oval) - 31st July to 4th August

India played 70 overs in the 1st innings. England played 51. With one bowler short, India got to think a bit tactical here. Play as many overs as possible. The runs will come. No need to go chasing for it like the Bazballers did.

I know commentators have waxed lyrical about Rahul and his technique but this was a pretty lame way to get out. No wonder he's a 35 average player. Looked like he was in the form of his life but somehow you felt he came up a bit short when it mattered most.

Don't think that'll happen imo. Ball doing too much. Jaiswal will inevitably edge one to the slips.

5th Test (The Oval) - 31st July to 4th August

If India get the next couple of wickets cheaply, I would say advantage India but its more likely that Brook will score a very 'conventional' Bazball ton
